To use the floppy drive attached to your workstation with Groovix:
- insert your floppy disk into the floppy drive of the machine, making sure the label is pointed up
- when the disk is successfully inserted, the drive will make a clicking sound as the entire disk enters the drive
When you are finished using your disk, press the eject button on the drive to retrieve your disk before leaving
Once your disk is in the drive, click the 'Go' menu and left click the mouse on the file browser, the drive will spin up and read the disk. Once the disk has been initialized, it will show up as a shortcut titled "Floppy Disk" on the Places column as shown in FIG 1. Click your mouse cursor on the Floppy Disk shortcut to access the media on your disk shown in FIG 2.
