Companies provide various incentives to lure customers. There are also lowest-rate guarantee schemes, where the companies lower their rates if the customer finds another company with a lower rate. Warranties are included with the rentals. Also, companies provide free equipment when a large number is ordered.Generally a spare computer is provided when bulk orders are placed for seminars, trade fairs, training programs, etc.Computer rental rates do not include the shipping charges. However, some companies do provide free shipping as an incentive. As the rates of computers themselves are going down, the rental rates are also bound to decrease.
