Kiosk Customization

Because our kiosk computers run from an incorruptable read-only DVD, any configuration changes you make while the machine is running will be lost on the next reboot. To make permanent changes to your configuration, just contact Open Sense Solutions by emailing kiosk_support at groovix.com or calling 1-888-323-1742. The following customization are all covered under your basic Kiosk support contract:

  • Specify a homepage of your choice instead of http://google.com
  • Insert bookmarks and toolbars into the web browser
  • Setup custom screensaver images that you can change whenever you want
  • Install additional programs
  • Install printers, scanners, and other peripherals

If you would like to have complete control over the customization of your kiosk, we can arrange that as well.
